The New Zojirushi BBCC-X20 makes a light 100% whole wheat loaf or a delightful white bread from start to finish, in a traditionally shaped, 2 pound, horizontal loaf! And that's just the start of it. The Zojirushi takes it from there and alerts you when your bread is ready. The Zojirushi V-20: This is the two-paddle bread machine from Zojirushi that has, for years, received more kudos for great, easy, automatic bread making than any other machine on the market.

Traditional horizontal loaf: The V20 makes a horizontal loaf, not the vertical "can shaped" loaf produced by most breadmakers. (Same loaf shape and size as the X20 model, above.) It develops the gluten in the dough fully, so you get light breads with great texture.

Easy to use: Just pour ingredients into the Zojirushi automatic bread machine and select settings. The Zojirushi makes your bread automatically and alerts you when it's done. Comes with a full set of preprogrammed cycles for a variety of breads, or you can easily create your own custom cycle and the Zo will remember it for future use.
