Zojirushi BBCC-X20 Home Bread Maker
|
The
Zojirushi BBCC-X20 makes a light
100% whole wheat loaf or a delightful white bread from start to finish,
in a traditionally shaped,
2 pound, horizontal loaf! And that's just the start of it.
The Zojirushi does an outstanding job of developing gluten and you can
use the dough cycle by itself if you want, then finish baking in your
regular oven... make dough for crisp pizza crust, light dinner rolls,
mouth-watering cinnamon rolls, hamburger or hoagie buns, artisan breads,
sourdough, cakes the possibilities are endless. Don't want quite
2 lbs? The Zo gives you the freedom to make smaller 1.5 lb. loaves if
you'd rather. Even makes fruit jam and meat loaf. And we include
a free quick-start video to get you off on the right foot!
Stronger than ever: The Zojirushi X20 has beefed-up pulleys and belt
the heaviest-duty drive system ever on a Zojirushi
breadmaker, for a long, trouble-free life. Unlike most bread machines,
the Zo has plenty of power and durability for whole grain dough. Of course,
it's equally at home with white flour, or any blend you can imagine. Twin
paddles provide superior kneading action so you get well-raised breads
with great texture (in fact, the X20 uses the very same pan as the multi-award-winning
V20 model that it supercedes... Zojirushi was smart enough not to mess with what was already perfect.)
The BBCC-X20 also inherited the highly domed interior of its predecessor
to keep your bread from sticking to the lid if your recipe rises a little
high, and has crust-control adjustability. Pan inside dimensions are 5"W x 8.75L x 4.75"D.
Well
mannered: Even though it's stronger than ever, the new X20 is also Zojirushi's quietest breadmaker ever.
You
can blink now: Zojirushi has added a
10 minute "power interruption memory" into the X20 bread machine,
so your bread won't be ruined if your power blinks off.
Easy
to use: Just pour ingredients into the
Zojirushi automatic bread machine (unmixed!) and select settings (comes
with an easy to follow manual.) The Zojirushi takes it from there and
alerts you when your bread is ready. A beep will remind you when to add mid-cycle ingredients, if your recipe calls for some. The control panel is set at the perfect
angle for easy viewing, and the Zo's new, bigger-than-ever window lets
you see what's happening inside. This new model lets you open the lid
during operation without resetting the cycle (it keeps running with lid
open.) Comes with a full set of preprogrammed cycles for a variety of
breads, or you can easily create your own custom cycles. The new X20 now
remembers three of your favorite custom recipes for one-touch programming.
This great new Zojirushi bread maker can be programmed for delayed start
(up to 13 hours ahead) so you wake up in the morning to the wonderful
aroma of fresh bread for breakfast. Timer works for all bread cycles except
Quick and Sourdough cycles.
Zo-je-ru... How do you pronounce this, anyway?! Do
what we do and call it the
"Zo"! (Officially, it's zo-jih-ROO-shee.)
Dimensions:
12"H x 8.75"D
x 16.7"W.
Electrical:
120V,
700 watts
Warranty: The Zojirushi X20 bread maker has a full 1 year manufacturer's warranty.
You'll
love it! The Zo
lets you have fresh, delicious, healthful bread in the kitchen all the
time!

The Zo bread machine is great. It is nice to have a regular size loaf and it seems to knead the dough much better than our old machine. The quality of the bread is a definite improvement. – Bart McSpadden, Edmond OK |

The Zojirushi breadmaker is my second major purchase from Pleasant Hill Grain and I'm extremely satisfied with it. Customer service the second time was as exemplary, your prices are eminently fair and and your products are first class. I am considering getting a grain mill for my Zojirushi in the future and I will without hesitation contact you again for this purchase. Many thanks! – Catherine Arias, San Jose CA
