(Note: If you want to use more whole grain flour, the X20 model above is the machine to choose because the X20 has adjustable raise/bake cycles and Pleasant Hill Grain includes our own instructions for using whole grain flour with the X20 model.)

Traditional horizontal loaf: The V20 makes a horizontal loaf, not the vertical "can shaped" loaf produced by most breadmakers. (Same loaf shape and size as the X20 model, above.) It develops the gluten in the dough fully, so you get light breads with great texture.
