The Zojirushi BBCC-V20: This is the two-paddle bread machine from Zojirushi that has, for years, received more kudos for great, easy, automatic bread making than any other machine on the market.

Traditional horizontal loaf: The BBCC-V20 makes a horizontal loaf, not the vertical "can shaped" loaf produced by most breadmakers. (Same loaf shape and size as the X20 model, above.) It develops the gluten in the dough fully, so you get light breads with great texture.
