ELV™ Commercial External Vac Sealer |
The ELV commercial external vacuum sealer provides the versatility to seal bags up to 30" wide. The design is simple and easy to use, and construction and materials are of the highest quality for trouble-free operation and a long service life even in steady commercial use.
Four models: The ELV vacuum sealer is available in two bar-widths (20" or 30"). The vacuum pump in the ELV is powered by compressed air, and in either 20" or 30" model, you can opt for a self-contained unit having a built-in air compressor, or a model that connects to your existing compressed air supply, if that's already available at your facility. Each model is fully equipped for basic sealing operation, and may be further customized with the accessories listed below. Our sales staff will be happy to assist you in tailoring the machine to your specific needs.
Product applications: The ELV is ideal for sealing all dry and particle-free products. It is not suitable for wet materials, including most foods. Because the ELV does not use a sealing chamber, bags of any length and up to 30" width (depending on model) can be used, so this machine is ideal for sealing a range of product including very large items. ELV vacuum sealers have automatically-retracting air extraction nozzles (visible in lower photo at left) which allows them to use economical smooth-sided plastic bags, rather than the more expensive embossed bags required by machines designed for low-volume operation. This saves you a lot of money over the long term.
Vacuum time: Vacuum time with the ELV units is 3-10 seconds per bag.
