VacMaster Vacuum Packaging Machines: Easy to use... Just place product in bag, place bag in chamber, close the lid, and the VacMaster cycles automatically to provide fast, powerful vacuum sealing. When the sealing cycle is complete, the vacuum releases and the lid lifts automatically, ready for your next package. Two dials provide fast, easy adjustment of vacuum time and heat impulse duration. For vacuum sealing packages that don't completely fill the chamber, the total cycle time can be cut dramatically by placing poly spacing boards (which are provided) into the bottom of the vacuuming chamber to reduce the amount of extractable air. With no wiring in the chamber and smooth-cornered stainless interior, all VacMaster vacuum sealers are easy and fast to clean up. VacMaster commercial vacuum packaging systems are built in the USA to the highest standards for long, trouble-free service. Outside dimensions are 13.5"W x 20.5"D x 9.5"H. An accessory vacuum port allows use of optional reusable jar sealers, canisters, bottle stoppers, etc.

Choice of two pump types in this popular vac sealer size...
  • The SVP-10 uses an advanced dry-lubricated rocker pump (non-oil-using) and has a cycle time of 40-55 seconds. The SVP-10 is especially popular for sealing products having lots of exposed moisture, as fresh fish often do; soup is another example. Since all of the air is evacuated from the chamber through the pump, the oil in a conventional pump will pick up some of that moisture and need to be changed somewhat more frequently than normal in such usage. Changing the lubricating oil is easy enough to do, but because the SVP-10 uses no oil, you never have to change oil... which really makes it ideal for sealing extremely wet products (along with, of course, sealing all other types of products.) Like all VacMaster commercial vacuums, the SVP-10 is built for many years of steady and reliable use.
  • The SVP-15 has a high speed rotary oil pump and a cycle time of 22-40 seconds. The VacMaster SVP-15 is our most popular commercial chamber vacuum packaging system. Consider getting the SVP-10 if you'll mostly be doing foods that are dripping wet... but for vacuum sealing a wide range of products, the SVP-15 with its exceptional combination of speed, economy & long-life durability, is the ideal vacuum packing solution.

Either SVP-10 or SVP-15 model can be removed from its lower housing for recessed installation in your countertop. Both of these vacuum sealer models ship by UPS.

Notes for ARY VacMaster table above:

1.) Cycle time is influenced by void volume. Filling unused space with poly boards reduces cycle time. Cycle times quoted in this table are for the "standard" motor and pump configuration; some models are available with optional motor/pump options offering shorter cycle times.

2.) Power Options: Electrical power in USA is 60HZ. Most overseas locations will require 50HZ motor. All USA locations, including residential and business, have both 110V and 220V single-phase (1PH) power available. Some commercial sites also have three phase (3PH) power available. Standard vac motors are single-phase unless "3PH" is specified. Residences are not equipped with three-phase power. A dedicated electrical circut (one with no other appliances installed) of adequate amperage is required to operate a food sealer. Where two amperages are stated, the first is for the pumping cycle; the second is for the sealing cycle. Consult your electrician if you have questions about the electrical supply in your facility. For 50HZ motors or other power options not priced, please call 800-321-1073.

3.) The gas flush option automatically flushes the vacuum chamber with inert gas (most commonly nitrogen) after evacuation of air, and before sealing. This results in a bag that contains no oxygen, but is not sucked down tightly. Items as fragile as potato chips can be vacuum sealed without damage using this option.

4.) Prices are for the standard power option (which is listed first for each model.) Prices for some optional motor/pump packages are listed with full model descriptions, above on this page. Other power options may have upcharge; call for more info. All prices include shipping within U.S. lower 48 states.
