Rofco stone ovens: Rofco of Belgium offers the home baking enthusiast a line of genuine stone hearth ovens with compact footprints, heated by clean, convenient electric power. The unique Rofco oven features stainless steel interior lining and 1.4" thick stone shelves. Genuine stone ovens rapidly transfer massive heat energy to your bread loaves for results that can't be matched with a conventional oven, and optional stainless steel steam trays let you create the perfect chewy, crispy crust. Available in one, two and three shelf units, the vertical design means there's room for a Rofco oven in any kitchen. The Rofco's viewing window and interior light let you keep an eye on the baking process. Construction of stainless steel and high quality insulation ensure long life and economical operation.
An oven for everyone: The B5, 10 and 20 all share the same dimensions in each baking space. The B30 gives you greater width, and the B40 adds more height as well. The B30 and B40 are our most popular models, but there's a Rofco oven to fit every need.
Not limited to baking bread, they're excellent for meats and vegetables, quiche, and genuine pizzeria-quality pizza too!
Accessories: Steam trays are the ideal way to introduce steam in your baking process. Not just empty vessels, Rofco steam trays contain heavy stainless rods that store a great deal of heat energy for rapid and complete steam release—order one for each space (shelf) where you want to use steam.
Also, you can put any kind of dough directly onto the stones in the Rofco oven (which is how most owners of stone ovens use their stoves) but if you'd prefer to keep oils and sugars off your stones entirely, blued-steel baking sheets and woven glass mats (the same type used in many commercial bakeries) are available below as accessories. The small trays and mats fit the B5, B10 and B20 ovens; the large fit the B30 and B40 ovens.
