The TSM D-10 Stainless Steel Dehydrator: This stainless steel dehydrator has a strong 6" fan and 800 watt heating element. Airflow is from back to front and exits vents in the front cover of the dehydrator for even drying and no "flavor sharing." Thermostat controls heat to the temperature you set, between 95° F minimum and 150° F maximum. Ten wire racks provide over 16 sq. ft. of drying area.

Low-Temp Oven Option: The TSM D10 dehydrator features a full cabinet and can be operated with any number of trays -- or no trays at all. This gives you the option of using it as a low-temperature cooking or drying oven for larger objects like damp boots!

The TSM D12 Commercial Dehydrator: This stainless steel dehydrator is made in the USA to meet the needs of small commercial food drying operations. Its solid state control system has a 17 hour timer and temperature probe that allows you to monitor dryer state without opening, keeping heat inside. Temperature setting can be changed during drying session without resetting timer. The D-12 commercial dehydrator will achieve a temperature of 150° F in 3 hours or less for fast, efficient jerky drying. Air flows from back to front. You get over 30 square feet of drying area on large rectangular wire dehydrating racks. Fully electric operation. Our customers report getting optimal performance from the D-12 for dehydrating jerky with the door fully closed, and that fruit and vegetable drying times are shortened by sliding the door open 1/2 to 1-1/2 inches at bottom. Smooth electronic control panel wipes clean with damp cloth. Dehydrator's internal temperature is adjustable in 5° increments and is maintained to +/- 2° of the setting.

Rack Spacing: Spacing between racks is 1.25". Any number of racks can be removed to create a drying
cavity with fewer racks but more space between racks.

Excalibur Commercial Food Dehydrator: Manufactured in the USA, the Excalibur commercial food dehydrator is constructed of stainless steel inside and out. All seams are welded to prevent food trapping and bacterial contamination. This unit is NSF Approved and meets USDA requirements. Back-to-front air flow provides extremely even drying. This commercial dehydrator has been in production for a number of years and is a proven, reliable performer.

Easy Cleaning: Door, trays and tray supports are quickly removable for easy cleanup. Motor and fan are connected to a hinged back assembly that's held to the case with wing nuts.

Computerized Control: The Excalibur stainless commercial food dehydrator has computerized digital readout, 99 hour timer, and temperature control is adjustable anywhere from 80-200+ degrees F, with automatic shutoff capability.

Nickel Coated Trays: Twelve nickel coated steel trays each measure 23.5" x 25.25" with 1.25" spacing between trays. Removable FDA-approved polypropylene drying inserts are included for all trays. Total drying space is 50 square feet.

Two Speed Fan: Two speed fan motor with 16" fan blade provides temperature accuracy at both high and low settings and better control of moisture release.
