Zojirushi Induction Rice Cookers: These new Zojirushi rice cookers use induction heating for high speed and extremely even heating. You get perfectly cooked rice, faster than ever before. And these Zojirushi induction rice cookers feature a GABA Brown setting that also offers exciting new nutritional benefits.

Induction Heating: Induction heating works by creating a powerful magnetic field that makes the entire pan itself become the heating element. Heating begins instantly, and heating remains extremely even throughout the cycle. Induction rice cookers also provide faster cooking times than conventional rice cookers.

Computerized temperature control system: Zojirushi induction rice cookers provide outstanding results with all kinds of rice including white, brown, sushi, sticky, fluffy and sweet varieties, as well as porridge. Also included is a setting for prewashed rice. Easy to read LCD controller is fully programmable and may be set for delayed cooking. Optional quick cook cycle reduces cooking time to approximately 22 to 33 minutes with regular rice. Includes easy to follow recipes. Programmable melody or beep on/off indicator. New GABA Brown Rice Cycle: GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) is a nutrient in brown rice that researchers have found to lower blood pressure and relieve stress. Zojirushi's induction rice cookers offer a special cycle that activates the GABA in brown rice, increasing it to 150% of the level in nonactivated rice. This special cycle keeps the rice at about 104° F. for about 2 hours. Total GABA-cycle time is about 3 hours to 3 hours and 40 minutes, and along with increasing the GABA level, it also makes brown rice softer.

The Zojirushi's induction heating technology and spherical nonstick pan ensure even heating for perfectly cooked rice from these new Zojirushi rice cookers. Lock-tight, sealing lid keeps rice moist. Durable commercial grade nonstick interior for super fast and easy cleanup. NEW dimpled inner lid design ensures that condensation drips uniformly over rice surface, and inner lid is detachable for washing, a useful feature. Zojirushi PRESSURE Induction Rice Cookers: This advanced rice cooker system uses precise heat control and pressurized cooking to create perfect rice.
