Most online-ordered items ship by FedEx Ground except where otherwise noted within product descriptions, and some small items will be shipped by U.S. Mail (read more about this .) For other shipping options, please call (see phone hours below.) Note: FedEx Ground delivers to business addresses Monday-Friday and to residences Tuesday-Saturday. So for surface shipping, there are no FedEx deliveries to residential addresses on Mondays, but this is offset by the fact that they do make residential deliveries on Saturdays, and there is no "weekend delivery" surcharge for doing this. | Out-of-Stock Items: |
The shopping cart system normally doesn't accept out-of-stock items. The "Shopping Summary" page will notify you of this, and any out-of-stock items will not go into, or be shown in, the cart. (The "Shopping Summary" page is the page you'll see if you click a "View Cart or Checkout"
button.) For ETA of out-of-stock items, call 800-321-1073. Also, over the phone you can usually place a Back Order for out-of-stock items if you want to do that. Sometimes a product description will be accompanied by a notice that the cart will take back orders for that particular out-of-stock item. In the event of such an exception, the text-box explaining this will be prominently visible. |

Shipping Cost:

Ground shipping to the U.S. 48 states is FREE on orders that total over $99 except for a few items where the product description page clearly states a shipping cost or requires a freight quotation. (For those few "exception items," free shipping is not available.) For online orders totaling under $99, shipping and handling is $7.95 flat-rate for the entire order to the U.S. 48 states. Most online orders ship by FedEx Ground, with some small orders shipping by U.S. Mail (read more.) |

On this page you can choose to subscribe to our free newsletter (inaugural issue is due out in the next few months) with machine use tips, recipes, specials... good stuff. And did we mention that it's... "free"?
Also on this page, if you wish you can choose to order by phone, fax or mail... these options exist so you can create an order form online and then mail your payment by check, or fax your order in with credit card info. You can also complete your order online and then call us with your credit card info. (Our online ordering system does protect your customer data with encryption.)

When you see this page, your payment has been processed and your order has been transmitted to us for processing. This "Step 3" page is your receipt, so be sure to print the page and file it for your records. You may need it in the future as proof of purchase. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you automatically at this stage. That e-mail may not arrive if you or your ISP (Internet Service Provider) use blocking software, but that would have no effect on the fulfillment of your order. |
