Olde Tyme Peanut Butter/Nut Butter Grinder Mill

Olde Tyme Commercial Nut Butter Mill: The Olde Tyme grinder is a commercial duty mill. It's perfectly suited to specialty food stores, either as a self-serve machine or behind the counter. It's available with red or stainless steel cabinet.
Production Rate: Produces 2.5 lbs. of nut butter per minute. Switch has a 6 second automatic timer so approx. 1/4 lb. of nut butter is dispensed, then unit turns off automatically. Switch can be actuated again to dispense another 1/4 lb., with no wait time required between cycles. (If desired, unit can be switched off before 6 seconds elapse, to dispense less than 1/4 lb.)
Fineness of Grind: The Olde Tyme mill makes spreadable nut butters containing fine-textured particles.
Operation: Switch on the face of the motor cabinet turns the machine on, and nut butter is dispensed from the bottom of the milling head (at the bottom of the black cap in photo at left.) Internal timer controls run interval.
Duty Cycle: All mills have heavy duty TEFC motors. "TEFC" means "Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled", and the fan referred to is an integral part of the motor itself. All models also have separate circulation fans that blow air through the outer enclosure case, and thus have a 100% duty cycle, meaning that they will not overheat under steady use.
Product Temperature: Nut butter output generally runs about 100-110° F.
Electrical: Models for U.S.A. electric power (which is 60 HZ) are available in 110 volt/20 amp or 220 volt, 10 amp. Models for overseas use in countries having 50 HZ electric service are rated 220 volt, 10 amp. All are UL Listed and NSF certified.
Dimensions: Height to top of upper chute is 22.75". Width of motor enclosure is 11.5". Depth from front of hopper to back of motor enclosure is 21". Depth of motor enclosure alone is 14.4". Height of motor enclosure alone is 11.9". Width of hopper lid is 11.1".
Hopper Capacity: The Olde Tyme grinder's hopper holds approximately 20 lbs. of peanuts.
Cleanup: Disassembly and cleanup of the Olde Tyme nut mill is very easy and takes about 10 minutes.
Products Ground: The Olde Tyme will grind peanuts, honey roasted peanuts, almonds, pecans, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, cacao beans and cashews in either roasted, blanched or raw state, for a spreadable butter containing fine-textured particles. Nuts used must be the size of "butter stock" or smaller. Butter stock nuts are sized to feed into the mill properly; they're smaller and contain more split pieces than "fancier" grades -- and they cost less. If you need a source for butter stock nuts, we can put you in contact with a commercial nut supplier. In addition to a wide selection of nuts, they can also supply nutrition-labeled consumer containers for self-serve operation.
Products Not Grindable: Sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax, walnuts as well as other seeds and nuts not listed under "Products Ground" (above) cannot be ground in the Olde Tyme Nut Grinder.

Cord End: 110V model includes cord with twist-lock style end plug. The 220V models have cord; user supplies the cord-end plug to fit your receptacle.
