Olde Tyme Peanut Butter/Nut Butter Grinder Mill

Olde Tyme Commercial Nut Butter Mill: The Olde Tyme grinder is a commercial duty mill. It's perfectly suited to specialty food stores, either as a self-serve machine or behind the counter. It's available with red, beige or stainless steel cabinet.
Production Rate: Produces 2 lbs. of nut butter per minute.
Fineness of Grind: The Olde Tyme mill makes spreadable nut butters containing fine-textured particles.
Operation: Toggle switch on the face of the motor cabinet turns the machine on, and nut butter is dispensed from the bottom of the milling head (at the bottom of the black cap in photo at left.)
Duty Cycle: The mill is available with or without cooling fan. Without the fan, the duty cycle is 50% (example: 15 minutes run/15 minutes cool-down.) The fan-cooled model has a 100% duty cycle, meaning that it can be run continuously with no cool-down period required.
Product Temperature: Nut butter output generally runs about 100-110° F.
Electrical, Standard Model: Available in 110V/14AMP or 220V/7AMP (60 or 50 HZ). All UL Listed.
Dimensions: Height to top of hopper is 21". Width of motor enclosure is 11.25". Dept from front of hopper to back fo motor enclosure is 18.5". Depth of motor enclosure alone is 12.75". Height of motor enclosure alone is 10.5". Width of hopper lid is 11.5" (which is the widest part of machine.)
Hopper Capacity: The Olde Tyme grinder's hopper holds approximately 20 lbs. of peanuts.
Cleanup: Disassembly and cleanup of the Olde Tyme nut mill are very easy and takes about 10 minutes.
Products Ground: The Olde Tyme will grind peanuts, almonds and cashews for nut butter. Nuts used must be the size of "butter stock" or smaller. Butter stock nuts are sized to feed into the mill properly; they're smaller and contain more split pieces than "fancier" grades -- and they cost less. If you need a source for butter stock nuts, we can put you in contact with a commercial nut supplier. In addition to a wide selection of nuts, they can also supply nutrition-labeled consumer containers for self-serve operation.
Commercial-Use Warranty: 1 year mfg's warranty on motor and transmission, 1 year on other parts. This warranty covers both commercial and noncommercial use.
Cord End: 110V model includes cord with end plug. 220V models have cord, user supplies the cord-end plug to fit your receptacle.
Weight: Shipping weight for the Olde Tyme nut grinder mill is 69 lbs.
