This commercial meat mixer allows consistent mixing of meat and ingredients. The MMS501 has a stainless steel tank, stainless mixing blades and stainless cover. Unit enclosure is steel with durable baked-on finish. A heavy duty chain and belt transmission turns the mixing shaft at 50 RPM. The tank is mounted on self-adjustable ball bearings and is equipped with a tank lock. The machine features a intermittent switch for convenient and easy unloading.
