Hand Meat Cuber Model 3101



The Model 3101 Meat Cuber (tenderizer) comes standard with tenderizing blades (shown above.) The jerky slicing blades pictured below are an available option for Model 3101. They interchange quickly with the slicing rollers. Their 372 stainless teeth make tenderizing fast & easy! Read about slicing operation with these blades under the Model 3501 description below.

Hand Operated Meat Cuber: This heavy duty cuber has 2 rollers with 31 strong, sharp stainless steel blades. With 12 teeth on each blade, that's 372 rotating knife blades that assure you of tender steaks even from lower grade cuts of meat. Quick, easy tear down for cleaning (rollers lift right out and are dishwasher safe.) Poly board and clamps shown are included, for secure fastening to countertop or table edge. Cuber stands 16" high x 8" wide (without handle). Chute is 4.7" wide and accomodates cuts up to 1" thick (the manual says 3/4" but it will pull thicker cuts through without trouble.) This is the best working, sturdiest cuber for anywhere near the price. (Also see the optional slicing blade set in photos at left.)

The Model 3501 Jerky Slicer comes standard with slicing rollers (shown above.) The cubing (tenderizing) rollers pictured below are an available option for Model 3501. They interchange quickly with the slicing rollers. Their 372 stainless teeth make tenderizing fast & easy!

Hand Operated Jerky/Fajita Meat Slicer: Slicer stands 17" high x 8" wide (without handle). Chute is 4.7" wide and accomodates cuts up to 1-1/4" thick. Thirty stainless knives cut up to fifteen, 1/4" thick strips at once (the thickness of your meat will be the finished width of the strips.) Both housing and blades are stainless steel and will not rust or corrode, and the two-piece blade housing disassembles quickly for fast, easy cleanup.
