Uniform & consistent food drying: The 530 watt L'EQUIP® dehydrator captures the good taste of fresh fruits, vegetables and meats, because it dries food uniformly and consistently on every tray, even in corners. Fan is powerful and quiet-running. Opaque exterior of the L'Equip dehydrator blocks light to preserve maximum nutrition.

Compact design: The 528 dehydrator's rectangular design stores compactly. Each tray has 1.2 square feet of drying area, and you can add trays to a maximum of 20, for up to 24 square feet of drying. The L'Equip dehydrator measures 17" L x 11.75" W x 10.4" H (with 6 trays.)

The L'Equip dehydrator's computer control analyzes dehydrator's temperature constantly to ensure a stable food drying environment, and the temperature is adjustable between 93° and 158° F.
