Uniform, consistent drying: The 550 watt L'EQUIP® dehydrator captures the good taste of fresh fruits, vegetables and meats, because it dries food uniformly and consistently on every tray, even in corners. Fan is powerful and quiet-running. Opaque exterior of the L'Equip dehydrator blocks light to preserve maximum nutrition.

Compact design: The 528 dehydrator's rectangular design stores compactly. Each tray has 1.2 square feet of drying area, and you can add trays to a maximum of 20, for up to 24 square feet of drying. The L'Equip dehydrator measures 17" L x 11.75" W x 10.4" H (with 6 trays.)

The L'Equip dehydrator's computer control analyzes dehydrator's temperature constantly to ensure a stable food drying environment, and the temperature is adjustable between 93° and 158° F.

L'Equip dehydrator includes: 6 trays, 6 stick-resistant mesh screens, 2 fruit leather sheets (enough to fill one tray), and dehydrator guide.

Each box contains 6 packets of jerky cure and 6 packets of jerky spice. A packet of cure and a packet of spice makes 1/2 lb. of jerky from 1 lb. of ground meat, so the box makes 3 lbs. of jerky from 6 lbs. of ground meat. Yield will be a bit higher with unground meat.

Super-Capacity Jerky Cannon: This mega Jerky Cannon holds 1.5 lbs of meat at a time. The barrel is made of anodized aluminum. The ends of the barrel are flared to allow for easy loading and insertion of the piston. The drive is heavy duty, with plastic coated steel handle, stainless steel rod and a heavy plastic piston.
