Our friend Jerry Wagner of Springfield, Oregon built this wood fired oven in his back yard. Isn't this a magnificent piece of workmanship? The oven bakes 12 loaves at a time and Jerry explained that he was having trouble getting enough dough mixed and risen to keep up with it. With his new Electrolux DLX Mixer (formerly the Magic Mill Mixer) he recently turned out 48 loaves on a weekend for a benefit event. What more can we say... feast your eyes!
