A.) Four gallons cooking oil for your fatty acid requirements. We offer Ghee (clarified butter) which is very healthful and has an extremely long shelf life. If you choose a vegetable oil, it should be rotated annually because vegetable oils do not have an extended shelf life. We recommend Expeller Pressed Canola Oil as a very healthful vegetable oil choice, both for storage as well as for your everyday needs.

They're stackable, with stabilizing moldings to prevent shifting when stacked. Both vent cap and main cap are included.
