trim tops, peel or scrape if desired. Cut into 1/8" cubes or circles. |

Wash
thoroughly. Separate leaves and stalks. Cut stalks into 1/4" strips. |

Shuck
corn. Trim silk, and steam until milk is set. Cut off the cob and spread
on food dehydrator tray, stirring several times during cycle. |

Wash,
cut into 1/8" slices. |

Wash,
peel, slice into 1/4" slices. |

Wash
thoroughly, trim, remove tough stems. Spread over food dehydrator tray
so leaves are not matted together. For even drying, stir several times. |

Brush
off dirt or wipe with damp cloth. Slice 3/8" slices from cap through
stem ends. Lay in single layer on food dehydrator tray. |

Okra |
Wash,
trim, slice into 1/4" circles. |

Onion |
Remove
root, top, and skins. Slice 1/4" slices, 1/8" rings or chop.
Dry at 145ºF. Due to their strong aroma, you may want to run the
food dehydrator outdoors. |

trim and peel if desired. Cut into 3/8" slices. |

Shell
peas, wash and steam just until they indent. Rinse with cold water.
Blot dry with paper towel. |

Remove
stem, seeds and white section. Wash and pat dry. Chop or cut into 1/4"
strips or rings. Due to the strong aroma you may want to run the food
dehydrator outdoors. |

Use
new potatoes. Wash, peel if desired. Steam 4 to 6 minutes. Cut French
style in 1/4" slices, 1/8" circles or grate. |

Pumpkin |
Cut into pieces. Remove all seeds. Bake or steam until tender. Scrape
pulp from skin and puree in a blender. Pour onto Teflex sheets or kitchen
parchment. When dry, cover with plastic wrap and roll. |

Wash,
peel if desired. Cut into 1/4" slices. |

and remove stems. Slice into 1/4" circles and for cherry tomatoes,

Squash |
Wash
the squash and cut into pieces. Bake or steam until tender. Puree pulp
in blender. Pour the puree onto covered food dehydrator trays. |
