Its programmable solid state control system allows you to create up to eight custom drying programs, with each program consisting of as many as five separate temperature, time and fan-speed steps (high/med/low speeds.) Custom programs let you taylor settings to the exact needs of the food or other material you're drying, and to process repeat batches without having to re-enter settings. A large four-line LCD digital display with easy to follow prompts makes it easy to select settings, and setting can be edited on-the-fly at any time.

The D-14 commercial dehydrator will achieve a temperature of 150° F in 3 hours or less for fast, efficient production. Air flow is from back to front for even results. The TSM D-10 Stainless Steel Dehydrater: This stainless steel dehydrater has a strong 6" fan and 800 watt heating element. Airflow is from back to front and exits vents in the front cover of the dehydrater for even drying and no "flavor sharing." Thermostat controls heat to the temperature you set, between 90° F minimum and 150° F maximum. Ten wire racks provide over 16 sq. ft. of drying area.

Excalibur Commercial Food Dehydrater: Manufactured in the USA, Excalibur commercial food dehydraters are constructed of stainless steel inside and out. All seams are welded to prevent food trapping and bacterial contamination. Excalibur commercial dehydraters are NSF approved. Back-to-front air flow provides extremely even drying.
