Pleasant Hill Grain keeps your information safe by never transmitting sensitive information by insecure e-mail and by never selling name or address lists or sharing customer information with anyone not directly involved in the fulfillment of your order. Also, we have a secure server that uses high level data encryption, and the integrity of our data security is verified by an independent certifying group. Trustworthiness: Unlike many companies doing business on the Internet, we display our "real-world" address. You'll find it at the bottom of this page. We're "really here" :-) In addition to selling quality kitchen equipment at great prices, we also have produced grain here in South Central Nebraska since 1975. So we've been here for a while, and we plan to stay. We endeavor to treat our customers according to the Golden Rule. Even the best stuff breaks sometimes. The kitchen equipment we sell is backed by good warranties from strong companies. Each of these companies maintains factory-authorized service centers that do repair and replacement for their respective brands. Whether you buy something like a Cuisinart food processor from us or from a higher-priced "brick and mortar" store, if it ever breaks, the quickest and best way to get it fixed, either under warranty or out of warranty, is to ship it to the authorized service center whose address is in your user's manual. If you need user-replaceable parts, just let us know the type and model number of your machine and which parts you need; we can often get them for you. If you need Bosch Universal Mixer parts, you'll find helpful information here. If you need a part that isn't user-serviceable (a replacement motor, for example) and need contact information for the manufacturer's authorized service center, we can provide you with that information.
Our website is our full and only catalog. We update and improve it several times each week, something we couldn't possibly do with a paper version. Plus, you don't have to pay for paper catalogs and postage through higher merchandise prices. If you'd like a hard copy of our information — maybe for a friend who isn't online — you can print our pages from your computer's printer. Just be sure you're actually online when you hit "print", or you won't get the images.
