Even the best stuff breaks sometimes. The kitchen equipment we sell is backed by good warranties from strong companies. Each of these companies maintains factory-authorized service centers that do repair and replacement for their respective brands. Whether you buy something like a Cuisinart food processor from us or from a higher-priced "brick and mortar" store, if it ever breaks, the quickest and best way to get it fixed, either under warranty or out of warranty, is to ship it to the authorized service center whose address is in your user's manual. If you need user-replaceable parts, just let us know the type and model number of your machine and which parts you need; we can often get them for you. If you need Bosch Universal Mixer parts, you'll find helpful information here. If you need a part that isn't user-serviceable (a replacement motor, for example) and need contact information for the manufacturer's authorized service center, we can provide you with that information.
Our website is our full and only catalog. We update and improve it at least weekly, something we couldn't possibly do with a paper version. So you get fresher information, and more live trees :-) Plus, you don't have to pay for paper catalogs and postage through higher merchandise prices.
