Excalibur® Dehydrator Model 2900

Excalibur's® biggest, most powerful food dehydrator! Comes with 9 large dryer trays, each with 1.36 sq. ft. of tray area, for a total of 12.25 square feet of drying area! (14 square feet of total tray area.) Big 7" diameter fan for strong airflow, with 600 watt heater. Temperature is adjustable between 85° and 145° F. Excalibur dehydrator measures 12.5"H x 17"W x 19"D.
Superior Airflow: Patented Parallexx™ airflow system circulates air from front to back of dehydrator so each dehydrator tray receives its own supply of fresh, dry air. This exclusive Excalibur Dehydrator design prevents flavor-sharing and produces even drying without tray rotation. Any tray can be removed from the Excalibur dehydrator without removing the rest by removing front cover (cover is not illustrated.)
Durable Construction: ABS polymer dehydrator cabinet is strong and easy to clean. Opaque exterior of the Excalibur dehydrator blocks light to preserve nutrition of drying food.
Low-Temp Oven Option: The Excalibur dehydrator features a full cabinet and can be operated with any number of trays -- or no trays at all. This gives you the option of using it as a low-temperature oven and for unconventional purposes like drying damp boots or mittens!
Included: 9 large drying trays, plus the 28 page Excalibur Dehydrator drying guide, plus 9 nonstick mesh screens.
