Corrections:
1. In the "Basic Bread Recipe," three changes:
2. In the "Oat Bran-Wheat Bread" recipe, there are two errors. First, scratch the reference to sugar in step #1... this recipe uses no sugar. Secondly, in step #3, the first sentence should read, "Add 2 cups of ground wheat berries and the dry ingredients to the yeast mixture."
3. As a general rule, we'd suggest that you keep an eye on baking times and temperatures. It appears that Christine's oven may be running somewhat cooler than she thinks it is, so for some of the recipes, at least, you may want to run a cooler oven and watch to be sure things aren't in there too long.
