Dough Enhancer Ingredients: Whey (a dairy protein), soy lecithin, tofu powder, citric acid, dry yeast, sea salt, spice blend, corn starch, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), natural flavor. NO MSG. Gluten-free blend. Processed in a plant that also processes products containing milk, egg, soybeans, wheat, shellfish, fish oil, tree nuts, and peanut flavor. (Manufacturing equipment is cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before each new batch of gluten free Dough Enhancer is produced.)
Directions: Add 1 tablespoon per 4 cups of flour. (Note: For automatic bread machines, add 1 teaspoon per 1 lb. loaf.)
