Dough Enhancer Ingredients: Whey (a dairy protein), soy lecithin, tofu powder, citric acid, dry yeast, sea salt, spice blend, corn starch, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), natural flavor.
Directions: Add 1 tablespoon per 4 cups of flour. (Note: For automatic bread machines, add 1 teaspoon per 1 lb. loaf.)
