Pleasant Hill Grain's Maximizer corn sheller: This quality cast-iron, hand operated corn sheller rapidly removes every kernel of grain from whole corn ears! The crank turns very easily and the production rate is ten to fifteen bushels of shelled corn per hour (about 10 seconds per corn ear.) Works on all sizes and shapes of ears, with spring tensioner for smooth, consistent feeding.
Adjustable for corn cob size: Wing-nut adjuster (seen at upper left in photo) quickly adjusts if you encounter a big change in size of corn ears, but one setting accommodates a wide range of ears, so adjustment is seldom needed.
Automatic cob ejection: Cobs are automatically ejected to the side, so they don't wind up with your shelled grain.
Walnut huller too: The Maximizer sheller also hulls walnuts (also called a walnut dehuller.)
Easy mounting: Just clamp a four foot piece of 2x2 between a pair of sawhorses or similar support. Stout built-in thumbscrews securely clamp the corn sheller in place in seconds, and you're ready to go. Corn sheller measures 12" high. Net weight 18 lbs. net.
