Excalibur Commercial Food Dryer: Manufactured in the USA, the Excalibur commercial food dryer is constructed of stainless steel inside and out. All seams are welded to prevent food trapping and bacterial contamination. This unit is NSF Approved and meets USDA requirements. Back-to-front air flow provides extremely even drying. This commercial dryer has been in production for a number of years and is a proven, reliable performer.

Easy Cleaning: Door, trays and tray supports are quickly removable for easy cleanup. Motor and fan are connected to a hinged back assembly that's held to the case with wing nuts.

Computerized Control: The Excalibur stainless commercial food dryer has computerized digital readout, 99 hour timer, and temperature control is adjustable anywhere from 80-200+ degrees F, with automatic shutoff capability.

Nickel Coated Trays: Twelve nickel coated steel trays each measure 23.5" x 25.25" with 1.25" spacing between trays. Removable FDA-approved polypropylene drying inserts are included for all trays. Total drying space is 50 square feet.

Two Speed Fan: Two speed fan motor with 16" fan blade provides temperature accuracy at both high and low settings and better control of moisture release.

Dimensions: All-stainless case measures 20"H x 32.5"W x 31"D. Shipping wt. 160 lbs.

Electrical: 208-240V, 60 HZ, 4080 Watts, runs at 17 amps. We recommend a 30 amp breaker. We suggest you hardwire the unit; a plug can be used but is not included.

Accessories: Stainless steel trays are available. Teflon drying sheets are available.
