A top quality food slicer: With heavy duty stainless steel and aluminum construction, this meat and food slicer has a powerful 130 watt condenser motor for efficient, smooth and extremely quiet operation. A large 7" solid surgical stainless steel blade slices bread, meats, cheese, vegetables and more, from deli-thin to 9/16" thick. Cantilevered design allows for large trays and platters, easy access for cleaning. The slicer's food carriage retracts fully to permit slicing of extra large roasts. Includes serving tray.
