Slice meat, cheese, bread, vegetables and fruit quickly and easily with this great new slicer from Chef's Choice. The 632 food slicer operates with slicer blade and carriage in either tilted or vertical position for optimal feeding no matter what food you're working with. All structural components of the 632 are sturdy metal, and the tilt mechanism locks rock-solidly in tilt or vertical position. Strong 100 watt, direct-drive gearmotor turns a hardened 7 inch blade made of German stainless steel.
The 632 slicer's smooth-turning micrometer control dial selects slices from deli-thin to 9/16" for fast, perfect thickness control in all kinds of food. Switch is conveniently located at the control dial base. It allows you to choose either momentary or locked-on operation, and has a safety lock to prevent inadvertent activation.
Three removable food contact parts (the blade, food carriage, and pusher) can each be removed and replaced in under 10 seconds, making cleanup incredibly fast and easy. The blade's twistlock mechanism allows you to remove, clean and replace it without ever touching metal. Serving tray is included.
