Accessory Knives & Plates for Bosch Universal Food/Meat Grinder 


When you purchase the Bosch Universal Meat/Food Grinder, we include a 4-bladed knife and a 4.5 mm disk, a good size for making hamburger. (The millimeter size refers to the diameter of the holes in the disk.) The small 2 mm disk is for mincing. For large chunks, use the 8 or 14 mm disks. The 2-bladed knife makes larger chunks than the 4-bladed knife. If you grind a lot, you should have a knife for each disk because they'll develop a mated wear pattern over time and will cut best if kept together as a set. If you grind only occasionally, one knife will work fine for all disks, but you may want to carry a spare just in case.
