With over 7 million units sold, Bamix is the most popular
and successful hand blender in the world. Bamix does an incredible array of mixing and blending jobs — and does them in
any container — even
in a boiling pot on the stove! The Bamix hand blender
mixes, purées, emulsifies, aerates, chops and grinds, in quantities large
or small. It's extremely handy, amazingly light weight, requires a minimum of
space... and cleans in seconds just by running then end under water! It's easy to see why owners love their

Manufactured in Switzerland, Bamix is made from the finest materials with the highest possible precision. The Bamix motor and drive shaft are built to extremely tight tolerances for quiet, vibration-free operation — and Bamix hand mixers are warranted for one full year.
Available
in three models: Bamix Deluxe, Bamix Mono and Bamix Gastro 200. The Deluxe and Mono bodies are identical. The Mono spins at 12,000 RPM on high
speed, and the Deluxe runs at 15,000 RPM on high (each also has a low speed.)
The Bamix Mono blender comes with Mincer, Beater, and Whisk blades, a mixing
cup, and a wall-mounted storage bracket. The Bamix
Deluxe blender comes with mincer, beater and whisk blades, the processor accessory,
a free standing storage pedestal, instruction video, and the excellent spiral-bound Bamix cookbook. (See all of the accessories
below.) The Deluxe is the most popular model of Bamix mixer, followed closely by the Gastro model.
The Bamix Gastro 200 model is designed to meet the demands of professional
cooks and serious home gourmets. It spins at 17,000 RPM on high (also has a
low speed) and comes equipped with mincer, beater and whisk blades as well as
wall bracket and instruction booklet. The shaft of the Bamix Gastro 200 is longer than the Deluxe or Mono, by 2" (total length of 7.5" below
the motor housing.)
Bamix
hand mixers operate on 110 volt power, and the entire lower drive shaft
of the hand mixer is immersion-safe to a depth of over 5" (7.5" for
Gastro 200 model.) Overall length is 13.7" for Deluxe/Mono hand mixer,
16.2" for Gastro 200 hand mixer. Weight of Deluxe/Mono is 30 oz., Gastro
weight 34 oz. Bamix design and construction is safety-approved
by the European IEC.

Grinds all kinds dry and wet food like dried vegetables, chocolate, sugar to icing sugar, spices like cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg etc., coffee, dried bread to bread crumbs, dried fish, dried mushrooms, all kinds of nuts, peanut to peanut butter, grains and poppy-seeds. Mixes small quantities of spreads and baby food. Minces garlic, onion, coconut, chili, vegetables, horse-radish, all kinds of herbs, small quanitities of meat or fish, mimosa egg.
