Ideal as a pizza pan or make cookies with crispy outsides & soft insides. Perforated nonstick baking surface measures 13.5" wide by 14.5" long. The handles slide in fully, or you can telescope them out to fit onto directly onto your oven's rack supports, so the pan doesn't require a rack. The maximum handle extension that we've found works well is 24". The pan has a 5/8" side-turnup and 1" end-turnup. Tip: The manufacturer wisely makes the handles fit snug so they don't slip around all the time when you don't want them to. This means you'll be frustrated if you try to reposition a handle with one hand, but the handles move fine if you use two hands per handle to reposition them.

Some consider Danish Aebleskivers a breakfast pancake; some a dessert pastry, but this much is for sure: As hard as Aebleskiver is to spell, they're even harder to stop eating! The flavorful dough can be fried with a piece of apple inserted in the center or served with apple sauce or apple butter -- Aebleskivers take their name from their fondness for apples. At Pleasant Hill Grain we have a weakness for Mapeline syrup on ours.
