Prime Rib in the Aroma Turbo (Aroma AST-900)


6 lbs. of bone-in prime rib, cut individually
1/3 c. of Dijon mustard
2 T. of red wine vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/2 t. of Worchestershire sauce
1/4 t. of ground pepper

Arrange ribs in large shallow pan. Mix other ingredients in a small bowl and pour over ribs, coating evenly. Cover and let stand 30 minutes. Lift prime rib bones from marinade. Arrange on rack and grill for 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees in Aroma Turbo Oven. Savor!
